Twigg: Clapham cafe owners most wanted man
Not content with taking Jon Roberts crown as Albion’s first choice right back, Duncan Twigg seems intent on eclipsing Roberts other claim to fame by becoming ‘Clapham Cafes Most Wanted Man.’
The postponement of last Sunday’s league fixture resulted in a few of the squad heading to The Pavement for the traditional ‘Albion breakfast’. After a few preliminaries on the weekend’s key football talking points Twigg excused himself to the toilets.
Twigg failed to reappear from the rest rooms for over 20 minutes, and declined any food or drink options. With the football world put to rights, other Albiones ventured to the toilets hoping to make their journey home more comfortable. Unfortunately, something dramatic seemed to have occured in the toilets as all customers were now barred from entry with an ‘OUT OF ORDER’ sign in prominence.
Twigg had been considered a worthy heir to Roberts right back throne, but it seems the Twigg-ernator performances on the throne are just as devastating. Jon Roberts was infamous amongst Clapham cafe owners for a ten year reign of terror, which saw him wreck havoc across toilets in the local area as part of his pre-match routine.
