Blaney: man of the match
So all the votes are in and the result has been independently ajudicated. Barny, Steve and Nick all picked up support. Simon’s performance picked up enough nominations to come in second, however, man of the match for the game against Westminster Wanderers ‘A’ was Bill Blaney.
Super tough week in the Henri Leconte. Stew was nominated for staying home to look after his sick WAG. Simon for giving away penalty by “flapping like a 1920s showgirl auditioning for a the 2012 handball team”. However, the joint winners were Duncan for reminding everyone of one of Albion’s *ahem* darkest hours by turning up with a packet of maltesers. And Rich for his Val Doonican impression whilst simultaneously looking like Bing Crosby and Benny from Crossroads.
