The semi-final against Pelo was a tough game to single out any one player for Man of the Match. Stew, Rich, Bill, and Jindy all earned votes, but winner this week was Matt Turner for a hard fought, physical game that saw him slice open the Pelo squad.
Evans: Looking out for Britain's youth
The Henri Leconte award was also contested by several people. Myles had a strong showing with his new haircut which garnered the perfect response from Lauder who told Myles to keep his match payment of five quid to “pay for the other half of your haircut.” However, the winner by a landslide was Nick for both his incessant complaining about anything and everything in the pre-game locker room and for commenting on Enid Blyton’s sexual preferences. Ironically, Evans gave his Henri Leconte vote to Pelo….for complaining.
