Leslie: Man of the match
So who took the plaudits and who took the brick bats. In the man of the match award this week James and Stew deserve honourable mentions. Simon was in second place, however, the winner was Steve Leslie who capped a fine performance with two well taken goals.
Clearly a busy week in the Henri Leconte award as there were a wide range of nominations and barely an out-right winner. Joint winners were Dunc for his referee rant and shocking free kick attempt. Will for blazing wide when glory beckoned after his run from the half way line, and the truly lamentable sequence of foul throws which left many on the sideline wondering if the game would ever be restarted.
