Twigg: Man of the match
So after the helter skelter of Sunday’s match the comparitively sedate competition of the man of the match award. Mentions in dispatches for Nick, Simon, Barny and Andy. In second place was Steve, but the winner in a very close contest was the Duncan-ater.
Strong consensus on the Henri Leconte award this week. A few random other mentions though. Jade for describing the referee as being “like Agatha Christie”. Nick for sparking up a Rothmans in the changing room. However, the winner was the Slaternator for having the temerity to turn up late and still expect to be picked up by Jade after his night in the cells.
